Creative Development
Successful creative development processes require aligning your priorities and restrictions.
My usual stages of workflow are:
1. Review Criteria & Objectives
2. Select Inspirational Materials
3. Define Intentions
4. Develop Mock-ups
5. Select Samples
6. Refine Samples
7. Repeat Till Complete
I could trust someone else to do it if...
Their quality standards and desire for excellence met or exceeded mine.
I believed they would inform me when they couldn't do the job well.
They had the ability to do the job correctly and professionally.
...and I believed it could be done without:
Having to repeat myself.
Having to follow-up.
Extending beyond a realistic timeline.
